We bought our pedometers in anticipation of last year's trip to Walt Disney World. Watch out! The number of steps (averaged 16,000 per day) will scare you - but gave you a better idea why your feet hurt. This pedometer has become my weight loss talisman. I started Weight Watchers in Feb '09 and always wear my pedometer to remind me to EXERCISE! (I have lost 40 lbs since Feb - partially due to remembering to walk!)

The pedometer has been reliable and works very well. I have been able to use it to gauge aerobic walking (great exercise). I highly recommend this pedometer. I have tried others and they really don't accurately track your walking.
