This pedometer has a good composition and is intended for use by non-technical people as well as for those who are more professional. I turn it on, set basic functions and I'm ready to go. I like all-in-one features, it keeps track of steps, miles, aerobic steps and calories burned. No need to carry a watch while taking a walk, it's included with hj 112. This device memorizes seven days of your physical activity data. The readout is fairly large so my grandmother can read the results. Switching between modes is as easy as pushing a button. If you wonder how much you need to walk so that it could be considered a aerobic exercise, no need to guess - hj 112 will tell you! The product does what it says it does. For me it's a good purchase.
