Have no problem with programming and wearing. While numerical representations are bold and good, measurement words such as steps, aerobic, miles, minutes could be a bit more noticable. I hold a couple of nutritional programs and always recommend people to add some physical activity to their daily routine. I've found out that people are much more ready to start some exercising when some kind of games and toys are involved. Pedometer hj112 is perfect for this purpose. I guess people like to have something to play with while exercising and there's no more healthy exercise than walking. And there's nothing more suitable for making your walking and burning calories more efficient than wearing a pedometer and tracking the exact results you achieve.
